Anushka is an actress and producer from Bollywood. She was one of the most well-paid actors and has won many awards in recognition of her work. Anushka Sharma did not want to make it as an actor, she wanted to either become a fashion model or writer. In the year 2017 Anushka made her modelling debut for the designer Wendell Rodricks's Les Vamps Show at Lakme Fashion Week and was selected by Rodricks to be the finale model at The Spring-Summer 2007 collection. Anushka Sharma has been involved in several brand campaigns since she made her Lakme Fashion Week debut. This includes campaigns for Fiat Palio and Fiat Whisper Nathella Jewelry. Anushka began auditioning for films and joined an acting academy along with her professional career as models. Anushka Sharma began her film career in 2008, with Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi. She starred opposite Shah Rukh Khan. To get ready for her screen test, she stayed up all day. Then she was cast in three movies for Yash Raj Films. She was the wife of a young man of a man who was older in the film (the the same role Shah Rukh Khan played). The film was hit on the box office and was the second-highest-grossing movie of 2008. Anushka Sharma starred in the film 'Badmash Company that was released in. The film included Shahid Kapoor as well as Vir Das. The film received mixed praises. Anushka was also seen alongside Ranveer in the film 'Band Baaja Baaraat' in which she portrayed the role of a Punjabi middle class girl who set up her own company. The film received excellent reviews and was widely regarded as a sleeper success. Anushka was able to complete her three-film contract in partnership with Yash Raj Films.
